After the game starts, you will see a message box:
In the message box, you will see one or two messages:
The first message tells you whoes turn it is:
The second message will display game events, like captures or sepcial events:
Below the message box, you will see a giant button that says 'Roll':
When you click 'Roll', the button will move down, revealing a list of numbers, which represent the binary-dice (Only boxes 1, 3, 5, 7 though):
The "dice" can "roll" numbers between 0-4, including 0 and 4, and that number can be seen in the last box:
To the left, you will see player #1's info card that displays their score and how many pieces they have left to spawn:
To the right, you will see player #2's info card that displays their score and how many pieces they have left to spawn:
In the middle of the screen, you will see the game board where all the action happens:
These sections of the board are where players can spawn their pieces:
The bottom row of the board is player #1's area:
The top row of the board is player #2's area:
Players cannot move or spawn their pieces in the opposing team's area:
Both players can move pieces into and out of the middle row of the board:
This special section are called a 'Helix' and it gives the player that lands on it an extra turn:
The game starts by displaying who goes first in the message box:
Next, the play who goes first rolls the dice by pressing 'Roll'
Then, the player can spawn a piece in the spawn zone in their respective side:
Spaces where you can spawn a piece become lighter when you hover over them:
Movable pieces also become lighter when you hover over them:
Both players have specific game paths their pieces follow, which can be seen below:
If a player moves a piece and it lands on the opposing player's piece, that piece is captured and given back to the player:
To score, a player must land their piece on the exit, which isn't visible on the board, and the piece must land on the exit, not ahead of it or behind it:
To win, a player must move every piece to the edge and score 5 points:
